CLEBC Refund and Cancellation Policy

Course fee is refundable (less $50) if notice is received 5 business days (10 business days for Limited Enrolment Course). CLEBC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course, refuse admission or change speakers, location or content.

Books in new condition are returnable within 30 days of the invoice date.

Delivery Policy

CLEBC normally ships publications within two business days of an order being received. We ship our books via Canada Post and you should receive your book within five to seven business days of your order.

If you cannot afford to wait and the publication that you are ordering is available online, you may want to create your own online user account which allows immediate access.
