New National CBA Resolutions

The Canadian Bar Association recently wrapped up its annual meeting in Niagara. Over the course of the meeting, CBA Council adopted a number of policy resolutions on subjects including equality rights, fetal alcohol spectrum disorder and institutional bilingualism at the Supreme Court of Canada.
