SCC considers BC’s Court Jurisdiction and Proceedings Transfer Act

Cranbrook Supreme Court matters to be scheduled remotely from Kamloops effective

As of April 1, 2010, Cranbrook Supreme Court matters will be scheduled by the Kamloops Supreme Court Scheduling Manager using a 1-800 number. The change, announced by the court, aims to reduct the demand on Cranbrook Court Registry staff.

Scheduling documents for Cranbrook matters will continue to be filed in the Cranbrook Registry, and regular chambers list matters will be dealt with by registry staff.
