CLEBC volunteer, has been appointed to the Bench

We were pleased to learn that Shelley Fitzpatrick, a valued CLEBC volunteer, has been appointed to the Bench. Her appointment is effective immediately.

Madam Justice Fitzpatrick has been a partner with Davis LLP since 2001. Her main areas of practice are insolvency and commercial litigation. She has served as an update author for CLEBC’s Creditors’ Remedies and most recently spoke on Insolvent Estates at our recent course Estate Planning and Administration Update 2009.
