Flowchart for New Rules

The Ministry of Attorney General has developed flowcharts to describe procedure under the new Supreme Court civil rules and family rules. The flowcharts provide an overview of processes that may be carried out under the new Supreme Court civil rules, effective July 1, 2010.

• A family law case (with or without divorce);
• Flow of Family Law Case Commenced by Notice of Family Claim
• Rule 10-1 (Choosing the Right Procedure)
• Rule 10-6 (Chambers Applications For Non Final and Change Orders (Without Consent)
• Obtaining Non Final Orders and Orders to Rescind, Change or Suspend a Final Order
