New Civil and Family Rules—Amending Regulation

B.C. Reg. 119/2010, containing amendments to the new Supreme Court Civil Rules and Supreme Court Family Rules, has been released. The regulation contains many housekeeping amendments, along with revisions to the Forms. Schedule A contains revisions to the Civil Rules, and Schedule B contains revisions to the Family Rules. The new rules come into effect on July 1, 2010.
