Call for Papers Human Rights 2015

CLEBC is proud to present our annual Human Rights Conference on Thursday & Friday, November 19 & 20, 2015. At this annual conference, we address the most current and emerging issues in human rights law. We aim to provide those working in the area with a substantive look at the current trends and practical issues to meet the increasingly complex and sophisticated issues in this area of practice.

Almost all of our topics come from the excellent responses to our Call for Papers. We welcome topics related to all aspects of human rights including workplace human rights, international human rights, charter issues, group rights and others.

At this time we would like to invite lawyers, academics, the judiciary, human resource practitioners, tribunal members, and all other professionals interested in this area to provide us with your proposed subject, together with a brief outline of the topics and materials that you would propose to cover.

Please provide us with your ideas via e-mail to:

Genevieve Chang, Program Lawyer | gchang@cle.bc.ca

All submissions received by Monday, May 11th, 2015 will be reviewed and considered by our Planning Committee.

Thank you for your continued support of the Continuing Legal Education Society of BC. We look forward to receiving your ideas and to seeing you at our Human Rights Conference!
