Employment Law Conference 2017: Call for Papers
CLEBC is proud to present our Employment Law Conference on May 4 & 5, 2017. This annual event will provide you with a comprehensive update on the trends, issues and changes that you need to know are taking place in this interesting and developing area of practice.
At this time we would like to invite lawyers, academics, the judiciary, human resources practitioners, and all other professionals interested in this area to provide us with a brief outline of papers and presentations that you would like to propose for a spot on the agenda. As with past years, we expect almost all of the Conference topics to come from your submissions. Please take a moment to review the agendas from 2015 and 2016 for an idea on what topics have been covered recently. We do our best to have different topics every year, unless there have been significant developments or changes in the area.
Please send your proposals via e-mail to: Genevieve Chang, Program Lawyer at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Your name and organization;
- Proposed topic title; and
- ½ to 1 page outline of your proposed paper and presentation.
All submissions received by Friday, January 6, 2017 will be reviewed and considered by the Conference Chairs and Planning Committee.
Thank you for your continued support of the Continuing Legal Education Society of BC. We look forward to receiving your ideas and to seeing you at this year’s Employment Law Conference. Please save the dates!
