Practical and relevant, you will gain new ideas and strategies so that you can represent your clients more effectively!
After taking this course you will:
- understand the changes to immigration law over the past year
- be able to apply the latest policies and procedures to your practice
- be aware of different perspectives as they relate to immigration law
- gain practice tips and tools on non-legal approaches to dealing with your clients' issues
Law Society of BC CPD Hours: 6 hours (including a minimum of 1.25 hour pertaining to professional responsibility and ethics, client care and relations, and/or practice management.)
