In this paper written for the recent CLEBC course: Secrets of Chambers, Andrew P. Morrison suggests strategies and considerations for counsel dealing with self-represented litigants. This paper is designed to address issues that arise during chambers applications, but many of the strategies will also apply to other aspects of the proceedings.
