CLEBC’s Case Digest Connection is an online service that provides 24/7 access to an archive of all CLEBC’s case digests published since January 1996, and delivers new case digests on a weekly or monthly basis, depending on practice area.

Each digest includes a caption describing the legal issues involved, a full description of the case, the names of counsel, judges, and expert witnesses, court information, and key case authorities considered. From the digest, you can link directly to the judgment’s full text.
