The must-attend annual event for personal injury litigators!
As in past years, this comprehensive annual program will cover an eclectic mix of established and current topics ranging across a broad spectrum. A popular core component of the conference is the case law update, an encapsulation of the most important procedural and substantive case developments from the past year. As in previous years, this conference features topics in key areas such as: personal injury practice and procedure, expert evidence, medical evidence, damages, costs, effective advocacy, mediation, professionalism and ethics, and law practice management. A central goal of this conference is to provide personal injury practitioners with valuable current legal and practice-related information from the bench and senior members of the PI bar.
CLEBC would like to thank MEA Forensic Engineers & Scientists, Richmond for their generous support in sponsoring this event.
