At this course the leading minds of the Vancouver mergers and acquisitions community come together to discuss the topics and issues of most concern to the Vancouver bar. This advanced level course will allow those with experience in mergers and acquisitions to discuss the key issues, strategies, and practices, while garnering Law Society continuing professional development credits.

- recent trends, active sectors, and lessons learned
- technology deals and outsourcing
- topics in the context of M&A such as: private equity, non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements, special committees, and proxy contests
