Social media is a rich source of information. Facebook, Twitter, Google, Instagram and other social media platforms contain photographs, communications, location information, and more. How can you find and obtain information that will aid your case? What forms of social media information are you able to use? What do you need to do to ensure the information will be admitted as evidence?
Law Society of BC CPD Hours: 1 hour. This course will NOT involve aspects of professional responsibility and ethics, client care and relations, and/or practice management.
