On June 26, 2014, the SCC decided Tsilhquot'in Nation v. British Columbia. Hear from counsel on this landmark decision: the background, an analysis of the decision, and the implications for the future of Aboriginal title in BC.
Law Society of BC CPD Hours: 1.5 hours. This course will NOT involve aspects of professional responsibility and ethics, client care and relations, and/or practice management.
