The Copyright Act was amended on June 29, 2012 by the Bill C-11 (also known as the Copyright Modernization Act) to address changes in technology. Joins us to learn about the effects of amendments thus far and how your clients will be affected.
This is the 4th course in the Business & Technology series, a 5-part CLE-TV series on legislative updates and how they affect your client’s business, common technology, intellectual property and privacy issues that business lawyers face, and best practices for managing information in this digital age for both your clients and your own practice.
