In this course you will learn about employment contracts, wrongfdul dismissal, constructive dismissal, how to fire somebody, and other human resources issues.
This is the 5th course in the Business Basics series, a 6-part CLE-TV series designed to provide you with an overview of the basic principles in corporate law and how to use them effectively in practice so that you have the big picture in mind when advising a business.
This series uses the CLEBC publication Advising British Columbia Businesses as its course materials and resource guide.
