On July 1, 2010, the New West Partnership Trade Agreement (NWPTA) came into effect for BC, Alberta, and Saskatchewan, and was fully implemented as of July 1, 2013, allowing business registrants in one province to seamlessly register in the other provinces at the same time as their original incorporation. Debbie Turner, Deputy Registrar, BC Registry Services, will be joining us to provide guidance on business registrations and reporting requirements under this new legislation for BC companies.

This is the 4th course in the Corporate Procedures series, a 4-part CLE-TV series designed to teach you the corporate procedures, filings, and issues related to the inception, growth, and continuation of a company in BC. Join us for all 4 courses in the series and receive a discount ($600 $480), or pick and choose the individual courses that make most sense for you!
