This course is a multi-faceted introduction to the issues, processes, and procedures that all legal support staff must have a command of in order to properly handle a litigation file, looking at the essentials from the perspective of what has to be done and why. Senior lawyers and a highly experienced paralegal will impart practical knowledge and examine core topics and issues that are relevant to all litigation files.
