This program will provide you with a solid foundation for drafting shareholders' agreements. You will walk away with an annotated standard form shareholders' agreement. Dayna Forsyth will walk you through the agreement clause by clause and guide you through wording and drafting tips, and provide practical advice on:
- standard form shareholders' agreements
- key business and legal issues
- obligations to sell
- rights of first refusal
- transfer restrictions
Law Society of BC CPD Hours: 3 hours (a minimum of .5 hours will involve professional responsibility and ethics, client care and relations, and/or practice management)
