The program will examine a broad spectrum of personal injury practice related issues including developments in the law, the rules of court, medical issues, advocacy skills, expert evidence, professionalism, and law practice management. The overall emphasis of the program is on practical information, matters that are relevant to the “cut and thrust” of everyday PI practice. This course is about what every defence counsel needs to know and what every plaintiff counsel should know.
