The Federal Court continues to play a unique role in Canada’s judicial landscape. This course will examine the jurisprudence surrounding important procedural and substantive issues that are currently shaping the jurisdiction and operation of both the trial and appellate divisions of the Federal Court. You will have a golden opportunity to learn about Federal Court practice from senior lawyers and members of both Federal Court benches. This “beyond the fundamentals” course will be of interest to Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal practitioners at all levels of experience.
