Wills and Estates Basics for Paralegals is a perfect primer for paralegals who are new to the area of wills & estates or those in need of a refresher since WESA took effect. You will learn about drafting estate planning documents such as wills, powers of attorney, and representation agreements. The course will also cover probate and estate administration procedures including estate/representation grants, requisite forms and checklists, and the process of accounting and distribution.
