There are many complexities to estate matters that go into litigation and need resolution through the courts, arbitration, or mediation. These challenges arise from the new WESA as well as common law developments respecting wills, trusts, and their administration. Join our experienced faculty as they share the practical skills and academic knowledge that are critical in providing effective counsel to clients who are in estate disputes.
