Covering a wide variety of topics over two days, this conference will provide you with a comprehensive human rights update! It will also provide you with all of your continuing professional development requirements for the year.
After taking this course, you will:
be aware of the latest cases and how to apply them to your practice before the Human Rights Tribunal and in the courts
be up to date on developments in the law of undue hardship and the duty to accommodate
be aware of the issues of substance abuse and addiction
be current on the issues of political belief and free speech under the Human Rights Code
understand how to be an effective advocate in the judicial review context
