This conference is CLEBC’s annual event for insurance counsel and their insurance industry counterparts. As with past conferences, the program will cover important case developments, critical practice issues, notable industry trends, and will feature valuable practice tips for the conduct and management of insurance files. This conference is a must-attend event for plaintiff and defence counsel and insurance industry professionals who want to stay on top of developments in insurance law.

parameters of extrinsic evidence in the all-important issue of insurance coverage
the current status of the "faulty workmanship" exclusion
impact and the issues for insurance created by the "sharing economy"

the basics of handling an insurance defence case through the lens of an arson claim
