At this conference, CLEBC gathers the leading minds of the Vancouver mergers and acquisitions community together to discuss the topics and issues of most concern to the BC Bar. This advanced legal course will allow those with experience in mergers and acquisitions to discuss the key issues, strategies, and practices, while garnering Law Society CPD credits.

About the Course Chair

Mr. Milelli advises public and private corporations in a wide range of industries regarding mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings, and corporate governance matters. Prior to joining McCarthy Tétrault LLP, Mr. Milelli was a senior associate with Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, a leading international law firm in New York.
