Checklists are not just for those looking to maintain their business. Checklists can be used as a way to help move your organization forward. This course will allow you to increase your firm's compliance and efficiency which in turn will instill a greater peace of mind on all important aspects of your practice.
Maryann F. Prohl of the Lawyer's Insurance Fund will demonstrate using statistical data from the claims processed at the Lawyer's Insurance Fund and what pain points firms need to address.
Tom Spraggs will address best practices on how to develop areas for checklists, application procedures, and ways to monitor their effectiveness.
