Does fear run in your veins when you receive a call or an envelope from the Law Society? Come to this interactive session and get to know your regulator. You'll learn about the complaint process and receive practical tips on avoiding complaints and what to do when responding to a complaint. You'll also have the opportunity to meet with Law Society staff, including Practice Advisors, over continental breakfast, from 8:00 am - 8:30 am.
