This course is CLEBC's comprehensive review of the fundamentals of foreclosure practice and procedure. We will take a pragmatic approach to helping counsel understand the substantive and procedural issues framing the foreclosure process. Leading counsel will take practitioners through all the essential topics. It will help both new and experienced counsel understand and avoid common traps and pitfalls that can arise in this demanding practice niche.
Law Society of BC CPD Hours: 6 hours (For Rebroadcasts: including a minimum of 1.25 hours pertaining to professional responsibility and ethics, client care and relations, and/or practice management.)
