The problems at the mixed-use strata corporation, Paradise Park, continue! Now council has been served with an application per the Civil Resolution Tribunal (CRT) and has to deal with a request for a hearing from an owner. A council meeting has been called, and you, the course attendees, will be observers as the expert faculty takes you through the mock hearing of council. They will explain the basic workings of the CRT, and the practical complexities of strata property law. This essential update will prepare you for the many surprises you may encounter when dealing with strata corporations, owners, tenants, strata managers, and the CRT.
