With the increasing scarcity of land available for development in the Greater Vancouver area and throughout BC, there is emerging interest in developing in contaminated lands. Join us to learn about the challenges and responsibilities involved in owning and developing contaminated land, which are to some extent, addressed in transactions and now being addressed in litigation process. This course will explain the contaminated sites liability regime and how to achieve best success within that framework.
