In the life of a lawyer or conflict resolution professional, conflicts arise in assisting clients with their disputes, but also in dealing with government and regulatory authorities, in addressing workplace issues, and even at home. Strong conflict resolution skills are essential tools for the modern professional. In this conference, you will:
- benefit from plenary sessions with conflict resolution thought leaders like keynote speaker Diana Adams;
- choose from a variety of smaller group seminars focused on specific practice areas ranging from family through business law; and
- learn and practice new skills and approaches in half-day workshops offered on Day 2.
