Created in response to your Working with the Tech Start-up 2017 requests for finance-focused content, we are delighted to present our brand new Financing the Tech Start-up course. Unique in BC, this course will explore the complexities, the investment vehicles and investors available, the stages of financing, and the legal documents you will need to draft and negotiate in tech industry financing. You will increase your knowledge and effectiveness in serving the special business needs of your start-up clients.
Law Society of BC CPD Hours: 6 hours (including a minimum of 1 hour pertaining to professional responsibility and ethics, client care and relations, and/or practice management)
