Who should attend: Lawyers, legal support staff, notaries public, and all others who work in the area of wills, estates, and succession law; the course may also be of interest to trust officers and accountants.

Significant legislative change is coming to the wills and estates practice area. This course is designed to give you a first look at the new Wills, Estates and Succession Act that is scheduled to be in force in middle to late 2011. Learn what is about to change and how to transition your practice so that you can more effectively assist your clients now and into the future.
At the course we will be launching the new CLEBC publication Wills, Estates and Succession Act Transition Guide. The book will be used in place of course materials and may be purchased at a reduced rate at the same time you register for the course (you will SAVE $35). The book will be published by the course date and will be available for pickup at the course.
