This advanced level course will offer practical advice on how to be most effective in complex and complicated claims. You will hear about the upcoming deadline for the Independent Assessment Process (IAP), and gain practical advice on student on student claims, other wrongful acts, and Actual Income Loss claims.
Law Society of BC CPD Hours: 1 hour. This course will NOT involve aspects of professional responsibility and ethics, client care and relations, and/or practice management.
