Putting success into succession planning for the solo and small firm lawyer
The Boomers are aging out, the Millenniums are rising, and solo and small firms everywhere are trying to figure out how to bring in new associates and partners, retire older partners, and fund everyone’s retirement without breaking the bank. This conference will explore all the issues involved in succession planning for the solo and small firm lawyer, and provide concrete tips and advice that you can take home and put to work to successfully plan your retirement.
This course is presented in collaboration with the Canadian Bar Association (BC Branch).
