The practice of creditor/debtor law has never been more challenging. A skilled paralegal can make a world of difference in enabling a law firm to deal with creditor/debtor files efficiently and at minimal cost to its clients. This course will arm you with practice tips and precedents to take you through enforcing creditors’ rights: from pre-litigation steps, to commencing the action, to execution proceedings.
