Practical applications
This course will give you practical advice on how to successfully work within the new rules. Hear from senior counsel and a senior paralegal on how they prepare documents that are right the first time, every time. The registry perspective will enlighten you on what they are looking for and some of the most common reasons for rejection of documents.
This practical course on the New Supreme Court Rules will focus on the common problems and issues that arise when preparing and filing documents and forms. We have canvassed legal support staff, lawyers and the Registry to select the problems and solutions we will be discussing. The faculty will also take your questions and give advice about how to make the best use of the new forms and documents.
