Conveyancing is like the English language— there is an exception to every rule. Keeping knowledgeable in your busy practice will make you an invaluable asset to your firm. In this course, our senior faculty will focus on topics faced by conveyancers everyday including corporations, vendor issues, leaseholds, co-ops, tax issues, private mortgages, power of attorney, escrow closing, and new construction. You will also hear from experts on how to avoid errors which can result in a complaint being filed against your supervising lawyer.
