Electronic data is pervasive and rapidly expanding—are you prepared to meet the challenges of handling it?
Computers are an integral part of life in the 21st century, from our business and commercial relations to our social and private lives—whether at work or at play, computers play a major role in our lives.  Accordingly, computer information is critical and issues surrounding computer records, their identification, authentication, examination, and preservation can arise in a wide range of contexts—from civil litigation to criminal prosecutions. This comprehensive one-day course will give counsel grounding in the technical and legal issues surrounding the tendering or challenging of data and records from individual computers, cell phones, and computer related devices. This fundamentals course is designed to bring non-computer specialists quickly up to speed on what they need to know to handle computer forensics issues competently.
