Learn practical information that you can put to use immediately!
With higher stakes and more complicated issues, estate administration matters pose greater risks than ever before. These highly interactive workshops will combine short lectures, group discussion of procedural and substantive issues, and identification and resolution of problems.
Using fact patterns to present problems and generate discussion, experienced faculty will assist you as you work through the problems and identify pragmatic steps you and your staff can take to avoid the most common errors. They will also help you develop solutions to the problems being faced by personal representatives and beneficiaries.
Here’s what some of the registrants said about our past workshops:
“In terms of scope and relevance, this was the best CLE I have ever taken.”
“I liked the format. Everyone participated. Hearing from other lawyers is very helpful.”
“I really liked the smaller groups. It kept me much more engaged.”
“This is the best CLE course I have attended in many years. Good leaders and discussion, great exchanges of ideas.”
This course will also highlight anticipated Wills, Estates and Succession Act changes.
