An effective criminal defence practice requires knowledge of more than a smattering of civil law. Do you know enough not to "drop the ball"?

Topics to be covered will include: ICBC claims, wills and estates law, the law of civil forfeiture, social media and privacy, affidavits and transcripts, family law, and immigration law.
