This course is a comprehensive review of the essential elements comprising the effective and efficient management of commercial litigation files. From file opening to file conclusion, the course will cover what you need to know to keep your files under control no matter how large or complex they may be! Topics include: document management, eDiscovery, managing multi-party litigation, managing third party claims, privilege and production of documents in commercial matters, witness preparation, and the roles and responsibilities of lawyers versus those of legal support staff. You will receive valuable practice tips, pointers, and practical advice from the expert faculty. Master the process, improve your performance, and reduce your stress levels!
