About the Course Chair
Tim Lack is a Vancouver lawyer and partner with Lunny Atmore LLP and practices in the areas of real estate law and business law. In addition to his active real estate practice, he acts for many business people and companies, who utilize his services for all their commercial matters.
After completing a degree in business administration from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario, and working as a sales representative for one of Canada’s premier resource companies, Tim graduated from law school at the University of BC in 1993. He was called to the BC bar in 1994. Since that time, he has been the lawyer responsible for over 8,000 real estate transactions, acting for banks, credit unions, and private lenders. His work with private lenders is extensive and he has acted as a lecturer to other lawyers on the subject.
