Presented by CLEBC in collaboration with BC Law Institute
"The WESA and the new Probate Rules modernize succession law and procedure for the first time in 85 years. Lawyers need to immediately incorporate the changes into their practices on April 1, 2014. Leading practitioners will focus on the new Rules and how to take an estate file efficiently from initial instructions to a representation grant even when there are hurdles along the way. This course is a great opportunity to quickly get up to speed."
