Getting ahead of the habit that is keeping you behind
Are your days filled with urgent deadlines and competing client demands? Do you find it almost impossible to set aside time for important projects before they become smoking hot fires on your desk? Do you find it hard to get to the least interesting items on your to-do-list? Do you feel stressed over matters you haven’t “gotten” to? One of the most common challenges faced by lawyers is procrastination. With so many competing priorities it is all too easy to get caught up in a cycle of just-in-time work product. This session will introduce the three most common forms of procrastination, examine the most frequently occurring pitfalls, and provide you with a series of tips and a self-coaching practice that can help you to break free of the procrastination cycle.
For the rebroadcast, the presenters will be available in chat to answer questions.
