Highlights of the 2013 update

• fully revised forms and precedents reflecting all the changes resulting from the implementation of the Family Law Act and related regulations, including the Supreme Court Rules, Provincial Court Provincial Court Rules and Practice Directions, as well as related changes to the Pension regulations
• revisions to the Adoption Act and Regulation, the Child Family and Community Services Act and Rules and to the Family Maintenance Enforcement Program
