Learn how to properly handle these challenging situations from employment and labour lawyer, Gwendoline Allison and lawyer coach, Allison Wolf. This one-hour lunchtime course will provide you with best practices and guidelines for smoothly handling dismissals of support staff and lawyers at your firm. You will also learn about common worst practices to avoid and practical tips, for example, on why Friday is in fact not the best day for letting someone go. You will leave this session confident in your ability to handle dismissals in a way that meets legal obligations, delivers a cost-effective solution, and demonstrates a respectful approach.
