Join the CLE performer, Stuart Teicher, as he explains the latest and not-so-greatest issues in legal ethics and technology. The program will have a little amusement and a lot of substance.
Topics include:
- TikTok and competence
- the ethical issues with AI and ChatGPT (confidentiality and more)
- why Siri and Alexa are out to get you—problems with "supervising" virtual assistants
- why Apple is trying to get you fired—issues with AirTags and location services
- how email can still kill your career (communicating with someone represented by counsel)
- the duty to see online scams commingling
